Hunter Biden associate Devon Archer in talks to dish about alleged $10 million bribe from Ukraine

"Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer is in talks with the House Oversight Committee to testify about his knowledge of the first family’s business dealings in countries including Russia and Ukraine.

Archer, a since-convicted felon, was a central figure in the dealings

of President Biden’s family while he was vice president and seems receptive to speaking with committee staff about what he knows, a source told The Post.

Archer’s one-year prison sentence for defrauding an American Indian tribe was upheld last week by an appeals court. 

The disgraced businessman joined Burisma’s board in early 2014 alongside the then-second son. Also, Obama White House visitor logs indicate that Archer met with Joe Biden as they joined the company in Ukraine, where the elder Biden led US policy.

Archer also was involved in Hunter Biden’s efforts to help Russian oligarchs, including the billionaire former first lady of Moscow Yelena Baturina, to purchase US property — resulting in an alleged $3.5 million transfer from Baturina that surfaced during the 2020 presidential election.

While the FBI shared the documents with select lawmakers last week, Grassley said key sections had been redacted, including “reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings.”

The form contains allegations that Joe Biden received a payment of $5 million from an executive at Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, where Biden’s son Hunter Biden served on the board while he was serving as vice president. Hunter Biden also allegedly received $5 million as part of the deal, and the payments were concealed by using multiple bank accounts.

Curiously, mere hours after granting the Oversight Committee access to the document, the news dropped that the Biden administration had indicted Donald Trump over the alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Whistleblower Worked During Obama Administration, Cited As “Highly-Credible”

"A source familiar told Fox News Digital on Friday that the confidential human source who provided the Biden information to the FBI was a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been used in multiple investigative matters separate from the Biden information.

The source told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source was used by the FBI for “at least several years” before the generation of the June 2020 FD-1023 form detailing the Biden allegations.

The source also told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source has been “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and has been “found to be highly credible.”

The source said the individual participated in investigative matters during the Obama administration.

Earlier on Friday, FBI Director Christopher Wray caved to pressure from Oversight Committee Chair James Comer and has reportedly agreed to hand over the document implicating Biden in the bribery scheme.
